NiReas Yachting is a company founded and operated by three close friends and sea lovers, Nicholas & Rea Mathioudakis, and Pavlos Kagialis. All three have been in the industry for more than 20 years, either working at management agencies or competing athletes. NiReas Yachting is the first step in making their vision a reality!

Nicholas Mathioudakis
Nicholas Mathioudakis had the priviledge of growing up in a small Greek sailing port in Piraeus, Microlimano next to world class sailors. This motivated him from an early age to sail as much as possible and compete for most of the dingy categories before moving onto open sea sailing races.
Having been close to the sea for his entire life eventually made him choose merchant ship operations as a profession whilst also spending personal time sailing with friends. NIREAS yachting is his dream and effort to combine his young love for sailing with his experience on operating merchant vessels.
Rea Georgiadi
Rea grew up in Paleo Faliro a town by the sea where as a child she practiced tennis and sailing. Her interests were driven by her father whith who she used to watch from home the ships sailing by and who made the family spend their summers on an island windsurfing and cruising around on a tiny motor boat. She then studied and became a naval architect/marine engineer and like her husband Nicholas is also professionally involved in the merchant shipping industry but more on the legal side. Her involvement with the Nireas yacht venture brings her much joy as she supports her partner in life and one of his closest friends.
Pavlos Kagialis
Pavlos Kagialis raised and born in Thessaloniki. From an early age took an interest in sports, where he quickly developed a talent, allowing him to be one of the top junior sailors in Greece. After moving to Athens, progreesed his sailing skills professionally in 470 class at Yacht Club of Greece. From 2008 until today, he is a member of the Greek national sailing team in 470 class. In 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, along with Panagiotis Mantis won the bronze medal in the men’s 470 sailing category. He is one of the owners of VMG FACTORY, a sailing equipment store located in Mikrolimano and an athlete representative of Hellenic Olympic Committee.
